ability to interact appropriately with others.Accounts Payable & Procurement ProcessingProcesses payment vouchers from vendors, state agencies, utilities, and contracts, ensuring accurate coding, funding alignment, and compliance with disaster and grant-related requirements.Reviews and processes purchase orders submitted by program managers, verifying completeness, accuracy, and proper funding source allocation.Ensures compliance with established accounting principles, agency policies, and operational objectives; coordinates fiscal operations across internal sections and external partners.Provides expert guidance and training to agency staff on accounting systems, fiscal procedures, and compliance requirements.Recommends improvements to account structures, ledger formats, and reporting systems;
