Job Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team at several of our sites located throughout the Charlotte area. The successful candidate(s) chosen for this position will play a key role in the daily operations of the warehouse.

Responsibilities

***This job will start out 1st Shift (January) then Transition to 2nd Shift (Late February) w. Shift Differential***

  • Safety First: Be aware of and follow Safety and Security policies and procedures
  • Load and unload trucks with Forklift equipment.
  • Pick orders accurately, pack and label orders, wrap products.
  • Stage orders according to WMS and verify number of pallets picked and location
  • Complete necessary receiving, storage and paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Clean and maintain work area including removal of pallets.
  • Read, interpret, and apply Warehouse Management System (WMS) order instructions

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent preferred (GED)
  • Minimum One (1) year of warehouse experience and powered industrial lift experience: Forklift, Pallet Jack, Sit Down Lift. (Gas or Electric)
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to forklift operation and warehouse safety.
  • Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is preferred.
  • Prior experience using a scanner/scan gun and familiar with a Warehouse Management system or WMS. (Cadence and/or SAP preferred but are not required)
  • Ability to read, do basic mathematics, understand and respond to written and verbal instructions in English for the purposes of safety, work instructions, policies, etc.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds unassisted
  • Work additional tasks as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
