About Us

The Crew Facility Maintenance Inc. is a commercial facilities maintenance company proudly serving the Metro and surrounding areas. We offer a full range of services including unskilled labor, skilled (finished) labor, electrical, plumbing, painting, and HVAC services.

We are currently seeking a skilled Electrician with strong experience in commercial electrical systems and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be proficient in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical components, while also assisting with general building maintenance tasks as needed within our Building Services Department.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and complete assigned electrical work orders
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and building plans to meet project specifications
  • Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs for residential, commercial, and industrial systems, including:
  • o Lighting and power systemso Panel installations and upgradeso Conduit bending and wiringo Outlet, switch, and fixture installations

  • Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits to ensure compatibility and safety

  • Maintain compliance with electrical codes, company policies, and safety standards

  • Order and procure necessary materials and equipment; coordinate with management on manpower and scheduling needs
  • Communicate clearly with customers and management regarding project status, changes, and completion
  • Document all work performed, including materials used, labor hours, and job notes for accurate billing and records
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through professionalism, reliability, and quality workmanship
  • Proactively identify and communicate opportunities for clients to utilize additional electrical services offered by The CrewQualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Trade School or equivalent training (Preferred but not required)

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience
  • Commercial or industrial background

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $130.00 per hour
