What We're Looking For:

  • Licensure: Current SLP license and registration in New York.
  • Experience: Proven experience providing adult Speech Therapy, preferably in a home care setting (though not required).
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate with office staff.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus (we provide training).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Conduct evaluations and develop personalized therapy plans to help patients improve their communication skills and regain independence.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Coordinate visits directly with patients, choosing when and where you want to work.
  • Care Planning & Follow-Up: Develop and implement care plans, with regular follow-up visits to monitor progress and ensure continuity of care.
  • Accurate Documentation: Record all patient interactions in our easy-to-use, web-based EMR system, ensuring compliance with Medicare and company guidelines.
  • Compliance: Maintain your credentials and adhere to HIPAA and company policies to ensure the highest standards of care.
