Canyon Ridge Hospital has serviced the Greater Inland Empire since 1989. Canyon Ridge is a 157-bed acute, locked psychiatric facility offering services to adolescents ages 13-17, adults and older adults.
We believe in an individualized, patient-focused approach to diagnosis and treatment. For some, anxiety or drug dependence looks different from others with the same diagnoses, and in some cases, behavioral health and substance use disorders occur simultaneously. In these cases of dual diagnosis, we treat the patients in the best way possible given their specific needs.
This Treatment Plan Nurse is responsible for delivery of quality general and psychiatric nursing care to children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics with emotional or psychiatric disorders; serve actively and constructively as a member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team, supporting the organization and program philosophy of care; to ensure the safety and well-being of each patient.

Position Requirements:
- Current RN license from the State of California, minimum 2 years' experience in a nursing administrative capacity, preferred experience in nursing education.
- Minimum 2 years psychiatric nursing experience.
- 2 years management experience preferred.
- Must have a good working knowledge of hospital services.
- Current BLS through The American Heart Association.
- Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory standards.
- Ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
- Must be able to demonstrate above average; interpersonal and communication skills, organization skills, decision making skills, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
