Sales Development Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commission-Only Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective prospecting, relationship building, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will possess strong outside sales skills and a passion for developing new business opportunities in a B2B environment. You will leverage your expertise in account management, lead generation, and territory management to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Duties
- Conduct outside sales activities to identify and engage potential clients.
- Manage existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales performance.
- Perform product demonstrations and provide technical sales support as needed.
- Execute effective negotiation strategies to close deals and upsell services.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional initiatives.
- Conduct cold calling efforts to generate leads and expand market reach.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B or technology sales environments.
- Strong understanding of account management principles and territory management strategies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results.
- Ability to perform product demos effectively and communicate technical information clearly.
- Experience in lead generation, direct sales, inside sales, or retail sales is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and develop effective sales strategies.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
