Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for key customers across multiple maintenance shops.
  • Coordinate and schedule repairs with shop managers to minimize customer downtime.
  • Monitor repair progress and provide timely updates to customers.
  • Resolve service issues promptly and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, updates, and customer interactions in Salesforce.
  • Ensure consistent service standards and effective communication across all locations.
  • Support coordinators and billers as needed to resolve issues timely and accurately.
  • Identify recurring customer concerns and report trends to management to improve service quality.
  • Assist with trade show planning, setup, and scheduling, ensuring company representation and operational support at national events.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven experience in customer service, ideally supporting key accounts or multi-location operations.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (or other CRM systems) to track service requests, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to coordinate multiple repairs and customer accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets for data entry, reporting, and documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to provide timely updates and resolve service issues professionally.
  • Knowledge of basic truck and trailer maintenance terminology and repair processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with shop managers, technicians, and internal teams nationwide.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; able to escalate issues when needed.
  • Experience with billing and service documentation preferred.
  • Flexible and adaptable to support national accounts across multiple time zones.
  • This position requires limited travel, typically on an as-needed basis, to visit maintenance shops, meet with customers, or support operational initiatives.

Experience

Required

  • 1 year(s): Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets for data entry, reporting, and documentation.
  • 1 year(s): Proficiency with Salesforce (or other CRM systems) to track service requests, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
  • 1 year(s): Knowledge of basic truck and trailer maintenance terminology and repair processes.

Preferred

  • Experience with billing and service documentation preferred.
