Florida SouthWestern State College is accepting resumes in search of a part-time Coordinator, Daveler Innovation Center to join our team of exceptional employees. The Coordinator of the Daveler Innovation Center supports the daily operations, resource management, and program support of the Center, under the supervision of the Innovation Center Manager. The Daveler Innovation Center serves as a hub for students, community members, and organizations to develop entrepreneurial skills and complete digital badges and certificates. The Coordinator will help ensure the smooth functioning of the Center's labs (Digital Communication and Digital Design), support users, maintain resources, and assist in fostering relationships with external partners. This is a limited term, grant funded position renewable annually (July 1), contingent upon continuation of the grant. This position is grant-funded and up for renewal on an annual basis.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Associate's degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education. Three (3) years of full-time related professional work experience.

OR

  • Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education in a relevant field, e.g., Business, Technology, Education, or Communications. One (1) year of full-time related professional work experience.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software and technologies.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and scheduling skills
  • Experience in coordinating and organizing training or workshops.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.

Salary: $25.00 per hour
