Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Epoxy Floor Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in epoxy flooring installation and restoration, with hands-on experience in various tasks. This role involves working on-site to install high-quality epoxy flooring systems, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal. The Epoxy Floor Installer will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and schematics, utilizing hand and power tools, and collaborating with other tradespeople to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities

  • Install epoxy flooring systems according to specifications and industry standards.
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, repairing, and grinding the concrete.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to ensure accurate installation.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for flooring installation tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members on construction site tasks while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of the project.

Experience

  • Proven experience in flooring installation, particularly with epoxy systems.
  • Background in construction and site experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work with various materials and tools including epoxy, polyaspartic, hand tools, power tools, and equipment relevant to the industry.
