Salary Range: $50, $60,000.00 per year

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in office management, preferably in an insurance agency setting.
Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Proficient in identifying problems, implementing solutions, and managing complex tasks efficiently.
Organizational: Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
Tech-Savvy: Competence in using office management software and insurance industry tools.
Adaptability: Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid remote environment with a flexible approach to managing changes in office dynamics.
ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Oversee and motivate a dedicated team of insurance professionals, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
Operational Management: Manage daily office operations, ensuring tasks are completed seamlessly and efficiently.
Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency.
Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting to ensure fiscal health and compliance.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective changes to enhance productivity.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive operations across the agency.
