Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cultivation Technician at GrowHealthy's facility in Lake Wales, FL. The Cultivation Technician will be responsible for assisting with daily cultivation operations, including planting, watering, pruning, and monitoring cannabis plants to ensure optimal growth. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized workspace, accurately recording plant data, and implementing pest and disease control measures as per company standards. The role also involves following all safety and compliance guidelines within the controlled environment.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of plant care, including watering, pruning, and maintaining plant health
  • Experience with pest and disease management strategies in cultivation
  • Attention to detail in monitoring plant growth and maintaining data records
  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in a controlled growing environment
  • Familiarity with state regulations for the cannabis industry is a plus
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively on a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional agriculture or horticulture coursework is a plus
