Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Representative to support studio growth and retention efforts alongside the General Manager. This is a long-term opportunity—while we are hiring during the summer, this is not a seasonal or temporary position. We're looking for a candidate who is interested in growing with our team and contributing to the studio's success year-round.

This role is centered on lead generation, follow-ups, and booking introductory classes for new prospects while providing exceptional service to existing members. Ideal candidates are passionate about health and wellness, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excel at creating meaningful member experiences.

Schedule Requirements

Applicants must be 16 years or older and available for:

  • Thursday: 11:00 am - 4:30 pm

AND

  • Saturday: 11:30 am - 3:30 pm

Note:

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, follow up on, and convert leads into memberships
  • Conduct engaging and personalized studio tours
  • Greet members warmly and support the community atmosphere
  • Book Intro Classes and other appointments with attention to client goals
  • Maintain studio cleanliness and organization
  • Participate in local marketing and community outreach events
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Support the General Manager in daily studio operations
  • Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven sales, customer service, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (bilingual a plus, specifically Spanish)
  • Goal-driven and comfortable with performance-based metrics
  • Comfortable standing or sitting for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift 25–50 lbs
  • Tech-savvy; experience with ClubReady software is a plus
  • Proficient in Google Docs and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Willing to travel locally for events and promotions
  • Looking for candidates committed to long-term employment

Compensation & Perks

  • Starting at $13.00/hour + uncapped commission. (Starting hourly rate is based on previous experience and will be determined upon hiring, in addition to receiving an hourly raise after the initial hiring period.)
