You Are
As the Workday Financials Architect at UST, you are an experienced consultant and leader who will partner and guide client stakeholders before, during and after deployments to help them succeed and get the most out of their Workday ERP. You will bring your functional/technical skills and hands-on work ethic to a team with a positive, can-do attitude and collaborative culture.
The Opportunity
- Review, interpret and refine client needs to translate them into Workday solutions from and end-to-end perspective, employing best practices.
- Serve as the lead architect for Workday Financials implementations, including solution design and configuration strategy
- Brind experience from leading Workday Financials deployment projects to become a trusted advisory to our customers and build capability
- Work with project managers and other functional/technical consultants through the implementation and deployment process
- Provide strategic guidance on Workday capabilities and roadmap planning.
- Build, support and provide leadership for our global UST Workday Financials practice. This role will eventually have direct reports.
- Support pre-sales and GTM activities around Workday Financials offerings from UST
What You Need
- At least 7 years of Workday experience in a delivery role across multiple Workday financial deployments and customers plus at least 3 years in an IT/Engineering professional capacity.
- Active Workday Financial certification(s). As a Workday partner UST can maintain and expand your Workday certifications
- Experience around configuring end-to-end finance process which include, but are not limited to, FDM (Foundational Data Model), Supplier and Customer Accounts, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable, Projects, and Revenue Management
- Experience leading Workday Financials design and customer confirmation sessions with an understanding of Workday financial integrations and related APIs
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical mindset with attention to detail and quality. Client focus, guiding internal and external expectation
- Associate or bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance or equivalent relevant work experience
Bonus Points If
- Accounting center experience
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

: $142,000-$214,000
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent childcare, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.
Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).
All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
