Bartender/Barista

We are looking for positive, energetic and dedicated individuals to fill the role of bartender/barista for our Tucson location to help provide a unique and memorable experience to all of our guests. While this position will require bartending and barista skills there is also a serving component to the position. Employees will be required to greet, assist and take orders from all our guests as well. Our Tucson location is a small team in which team work will be key as we are seeking individuals who are passionate about providing an outstanding level of guest service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain familiarity with the content of all menu items available/unavailable, rotating menu items
• Maintain familiarity with the content of the games library, retail
• Pour beer, wine and prepare mixed drinks and cocktails in a sanitary and accurate manner according to the orders received
• Prepare coffee and tea program beverages in a sanitary and accurate manner
• Complete regular opening and closing duties
• Follow all systems in place
• Assist customers with drink and food selection

Skills

• Knowledge of drink recipes
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards
• Able to work well under pressure
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
• Experience in all aspects of customer service and people management
• Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment

A valid Title 4 and Food Handlers certificate are required for this position.
