Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic
Warehouse Director
to lead operations at our Goodyear, AZ distribution center. The Warehouse Director will oversee all aspects of warehouse management — including inventory control, logistics, shipping/receiving, workforce leadership, safety, and process optimization.

This role is critical to ensure that our wholesale distribution network runs efficiently, accurately, and cost-effectively while meeting customer expectations and service-level goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management

  • Direct and manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and outbound shipping.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse manager, and associates.
  • Establish performance goals, metrics, and accountability standards across the department.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.

Operations & Logistics

Facilitate, organize, and oversee all logistics of relocating warehouse fulfillment center from Corona, CA to Goodyear, AZ by end of year, 2025

Proper setting up of new fulfillment warehouse in Goodyear, AZ to maximize efficiencies and space utilization of staff and warehouse layout, and to sustain management of set up
- (Priority)

Coordinate and employee recruitment for the new Goodyear, AZ warehouse (estimated to be approximately 40-45 new employees)
- Oversee daily inbound/outbound logistics and ensure on-time delivery to customers and partners.
- Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and customer service teams to align operations with demand.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse activities.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5-7+ years of progressive warehouse or distribution management experience
    , including multi-shift or high-volume and high-pace operations.
  • Proven success leading large teams (50+ employees).
  • Strong knowledge of
    WMS systems
    , inventory management, and logistics coordination.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
