Sales Representative – Transportation Training Services

Norfolk, VA

Full-Time | Base + Commission

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Total Compensation: $80,000–$130,000+ per year (base + commission)

No Cold Calling

About the Role:

CDS/TransTech is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to promote our transportation training programs to individuals and local employers. If you have a background in gym memberships/personal trainer, automotive sales,* solar, military recruiting,* leasing or B2C / B2B sales, we want to hear from you

This is a high-impact, high-reward role with no cold calling—you'll work with warm leads to help people start meaningful careers in the transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote transportation training programs to individuals and employers
  • Respond to and follow up on warm, qualified inbound leads
  • Guide students through the enrollment process with professionalism and care
  • Meet or exceed monthly enrollment goals
  • Keep accurate records in CRM tools
  • Work onsite during standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • No cold calling – all leads are inbound or partner-generated

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional B2C/B2B sales or outreach experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Driven by purpose and performance
  • Microsoft Office
  • VA driver's license
