MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Location: Henderson, Kentucky

Shift: 2nd (3 PM–11 PM)

Type: Full-time | Hourly

What You'll Do

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll lead and support a team of maintenance technicians to ensure our equipment runs safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance team members on your shift
  • Assign and prioritize daily maintenance work and ensure timely completion
  • Manage attendance, scheduling, and time approvals through Dayforce
  • Provide clear communication across shifts and departments to keep production running smoothly
  • Encourage root cause problem solving and continuous improvement in maintenance practices
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support career growth through training and coaching
  • Use predictive and preventive maintenance tools to improve uptime and reduce reactive repairs
  • Collaborate with vendors for quotes, repairs, and spare parts management

What We're Looking For

  • Education: 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 5+ years in maintenance or a related manufacturing role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A hands-on approach to problem solving and process improvement
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and build an engaged maintenance team
