ENT practice looking for a full-time Audio Tech to become a part of our team

The primary job will be Audio Tech

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Performing hearing and tympanogram testing
  • Managing outgoing audio referrals
  • Logging incoming and outgoing hearing aids
  • Helping patients with hearing aid troubleshooting or messages
  • Helping medical techs with clinic flow when needed

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with physicians, staff and management
  • Ability to be proactive and take initiative.

Our ideal candidate must have a minimum of one year of experience working in a medical back-office setting. He/she must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, efficiently multi-task, be responsible, have exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, must have reliable transportation, and be available to travel between all 3 locations.

Willing to train in Audio as long as candidate has a minimum of one year experience working a medical back-Office setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $19.00 per hour
