What you'll do:
As a full-time optometrist working 40 hours per week, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional eye care to patients of all ages. You will diagnose and manage a wide variety of visual and medical conditions, providing comprehensive primary eye care tailored to each individual's needs. Your responsibilities include prescribing premium optical solutions and a full range of contact lenses, effectively managing ocular diseases, and participating in a rotating evening on-call schedule a few weeks per year (with minimal call volume expected). Each day, you'll typically see 12 to 15 patients, leveraging cutting-edge technology such as the Zeiss Cirrus OCT, Zeiss Clarus Ultra-Widefield imaging, Virtual Field visual field analyzer, Medmont Meridia topographer, and Eaglet ESP scleral profilometer to ensure the highest standard of care and diagnostic accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • OD degree from credentialled college of Optometry;
  • Passing scores from all parts of NBEO boards
  • Current licensure in the State of Idaho

Preferred Specialties:

  • Primary care/Ocular disease
