We are seeking a hardworking, responsible and customer service driven individuals for Part-Time Shift Leader to join our team in Anaheim.

Job Overview: Customer service driven individuals to show their "Ice Cream side" while being across the street from the happiest place. To deliver our high quality ice cream products and serve them.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Prepare and serve guests all menu items in accordance with established service.
  • Process guest transactions of purchased menu selections at the register and receive/process payment.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and follow all proper sanitation guidelines.
  • Deliver excellent guest service to all customers.
  • Complete inventory tasks, as well as receive and arrange delivery from vendors.
  • Follow Scalzo established safety, grooming, uniform, and employee conduct standards.
  • Provide superior customer service and serve/scoop ice cream
  • Keep store and work area clean at all times
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Practice proper cash handling procedures with a smile
  • Assist with all cleaning duties as stated on opening/closing and weekly checklists
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Must have reliable transportation and punctual
  • Greet guests pleasantly and politely
  • Maintain cleanliness of showcase, lobby, patio area, take out lobby trash, bus and clean tables and chairs, and restock supplies
  • Ensure all food safety and quality standards are followed
  • Able to stand for long periods of time

Specific Job Knowledge and Skills:

· 1 year of Customer Service experienced preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
