Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Patient Care: Lead the delivery of high-quality care across various general dentistry services, including restorative, cosmetic, and preventive treatments.
  • Patient Relationships: Develop long-lasting relationships with patients, ensuring a positive, comfortable experience while providing thorough education on treatment options.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a dynamic team, fostering a positive and productive environment that aligns with the practice's values and goals.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of Experience is required
  • Comfort with working in a high-volume cash/PPO patient base
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a dental team effectively
  • Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care
