Job Summary

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Physical Therapist, providing vital rehabilitative services in various settings including hospitals, outpatient clinics, and home health environments. This role offers an exciting opportunity for both travel and local assignments, with an immediate start available. You will utilize your expertise to develop personalized care plans, assist patients across diverse age groups—from pediatrics to geriatrics—and improve their mobility and quality of life. Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including evaluating physiology and anatomy to inform effective treatment strategies
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs, focusing on recovery goals and discharge planning
  • Deliver hands-on therapy techniques such as trigger point therapy, orthopedics, and outpatient physiotherapy interventions
  • Manage inpatient, outpatient, and home & community care cases across hospital and clinic settings
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions between care environments
  • Document patient progress accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems, maintaining detailed treatment records
  • Educate patients and their families on exercises, mobility techniques, and health maintenance strategies

Experience

  • Proven experience in acute care hospital settings with a strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical procedures
  • Prior work in inpatient, outpatient, or home health environments demonstrating versatility across care settings
  • Knowledge of physiotherapy practices including discharge planning, orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, and trigger point therapy
  • Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and patient management
  • Hands-on experience with care plans development for diverse populations including elderly patients and pediatric cases
  • Strong understanding of physiology and anatomy to support accurate assessments and effective treatments
  • Experience working with home & community care programs is a plus
