Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a ETL Developer (Addison or Charlotte) to join their team. As a ETL Developer (Addison or Charlotte), you will be part of the Data Management Department supporting Data Engineering and Analytics teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range
What's the Job?

  • Support production and project work in the GTS Data space by understanding requirements and designing solutions.
  • Propose strategic and tactical solutions to resolve business and technical challenges in real-time production environments.
  • Lead projects, guide team members, and coordinate with cross-functional teams including offshore and nearshore partners.
  • Work approximately one weekend per month, with potential compensatory time during weekdays.
  • Analyze issues, determine root causes, and communicate solutions effectively to support teams.

What's Needed?

  • 10+ years of ETL and data warehousing development experience.
  • Proficiency with Big Data technologies such as HDFS, Spark, Impala, Hive, or Informatica Power Center.
  • Experience with Oracle databases and SQL scripting.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux shell scripting.
  • Strong troubleshooting, data analysis skills, and a drive to resolve issues efficiently.
