We're looking for an experienced Loan Officer to grow with our Morty-powered team.— a modern, tech-forward system that gives independent loan officers the tools, support, and flexibility to thrive. Morty provides access to 25+ top wholesale lenders, a built-in pricing engine, and a fully integrated LOS, empowering you to deliver fast, transparent, and competitive mortgage solutions for every client.

With Rosey AI, our intelligent pre-approval engine, and Morty's lender marketplace with real-time rate shopping, you can generate accurate pre-approvals and compare loan programs in minutes — giving your clients better pricing, faster answers, and a more confident homebuying experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Originate loans from self-sourced and referral-based leads
  • Guide clients from pre-approval through closing
  • Use Morty's pricing engine to shop rates across 25+ lenders
  • Maintain accurate pipelines and compliance in the LOS
  • Build strong client and referral relationships
  • Collaborate with a supportive, growth-focused team

What We're Looking For:

  • NMLS licensed
  • 2+ years of mortgage origination experience
  • Self-motivated, relationship-driven, and tech-comfortable
  • Committed to transparency and great client service

Compensation:

  • Full commission minus team override
  • $200 monthly fee (covers LOS, CRM, and team resources)
