Job Overview

The Executive Protection Officer / Personal Driver is responsible for ensuring the safety, privacy, and efficient transportation of the company owner. This position combines professional security expertise with high-level driving skills and discretion, providing secure, reliable, and confidential support in both professional and personal settings.

Duties

• Personal security of CEO
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect company assets and personnel.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment.
• Train and manage security staff, ensuring they are equipped to handle various situations effectively.
• Respond to incidents, investigate breaches, and implement loss prevention strategies.
• Provide first aid and CPR assistance when required, maintaining readiness for emergency situations.
• Monitor security operations continuously to ensure adherence to established protocols.
• Security & Protection
• Conduct threat assessments and security checks prior to travel or event attendance.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and potential risks to ensure proactive threat mitigation.
• Driving & Transportation
• Operate company or personal vehicles in a safe, defensive, and professional manner at all times.
• Plan and manage routes to ensure timely and efficient transportation, considering traffic, weather, and safety conditions.
• Confidentiality & Professionalism
• Assist with logistics, schedules, and travel coordination as requested.

Experience

• Proven experience in a security management role or similar capacity, preferably within law enforcement or military settings.
• Strong knowledge of surveillance technology, including CCTV systems, alarm systems, and access control measures.
• Demonstrated ability in conflict management and resolution techniques.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; additional training in loss prevention is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively under pressure. This position is critical for maintaining a safe environment for all employees and visitors, making it essential that candidates possess both the technical skills and leadership qualities necessary for success in this role.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of Puerto Rico's geography, routes, and local security landscape.
• Exercise sound judgment, especially in sensitive or high-pressure situations.
• Military experience.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal and business matters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $95,000.00 per year
