Shift: Full-Time – All Shifts Available

Salary: Up to $19.50 per hour (depending on experience) + Shift Differentials

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll play a key role in providing personalized, high-quality care for our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Personalized Care: Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal support, all while ensuring residents' dignity and comfort.
  • Promote Comfort and Safety: Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being, responding to changes in condition to ensure a secure, supportive environment.
  • Foster Connections: Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, creating trust and a sense of belonging.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Keep residents' rooms and common areas organized, clean, and hygienic to promote a healthy environment.
  • Accurate Documentation: Document and report changes in residents' conditions, care plans, and activities, ensuring smooth communication with the care team.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver individualized, holistic care.
  • Enhance Quality of Life: Engage residents in activities that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being based on their unique needs and preferences.
What We're Looking For:
  • A valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Florida.
