Account Manager/Senior Account Manager

Summary
The Account Manager will support the engagement and collaboration with a key customer account during new product introduction and sustaining stages, in new and existing project opportunities. Building strong relationships with customer and internal stakeholders is key to this position. This role will also work with the customer sourcing team as well as cross-functional teams in both the US and Asia to reach business targets and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with customers to ensure smooth execution of new and existing opportunities.
- Own RFQ/RFP response and business negotiations on new project award processes.
- Provide regular quotations and conduct commercial reviews with customers.
- Manage and complete SOW and other contractual negotiations.
- Work with cross-functional teams with both customer and internal teams to ensure project is executed seamlessly.
- Proactively support and facilitate communication between China-based colleagues and customers.
- Provide regular project updates to team leads. Monitor and drive to complete assigned tasks and resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- 5+ years of sales experience and 3+ years of project management experience.
- Experience with handling tier-one customers in consumer electronics space is desried.
- Sales/business development experience at leading OEM/ODM/CM is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
- Experience in managing RFQ and Cost breakdown analysis, with attention to details.
- Motivation for sales and strong organizational skills with ability to lead multiple projects.
- The ability to communicate in Mandarin is highly desired.
- Availability to travel domestically and internationally when necessary.
- The base pay range for this role is between $127,029 and $177,840 annually and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in consumer electronics industry working with major/key customers.
- Understanding of supply chain and manufacturing management.
- VR/AR or Precision manufacturing experience.
