Are you reliable, hardworking, and ready to be part of a growing team that keeps construction projects running smoothly? GCP Labor & Materials Solutions is now hiring dependable team members for Construction Cleaning and Material Handling positions.

Positions Available:

  • Construction cleaners
  • General laborers / material handlers
  • Site support crew

Job Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare construction sites (sweeping, debris removal, dusting, detailing)
  • Load, unload, and move building materials safely around the job site
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
  • Follow all safety procedures and directions from supervisors

Requirements:

  • Must be dependable and punctual
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Must follow safety rules and wear required PPE
  • Prior construction or janitorial experience is a plus (but not required)
  • OSHA 10 certification required- we will assist in getting certified
  • Must be able to pass background check/ drug screen
