Intern - Spring 2026

The Lede Company is seeking an Intern to join the Social Impact team during Spring semester 2026. The ideal candidate must have strong research, communication, organizational, and writing skills and must be comfortable dealing with all levels of staff and clients. Previous PR/marketing internships preferred.
This is a paid internship fully on-site opportunity from January - May 2026, and we ask that candidates are able to commit to hours per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Auditing and researching social impact issue areas, competitors, and brand purpose platforms to support project planning and strategy
Creatively ideating for events and activations, influencer, or talent recommendations, social media campaigns, and more
Helping to source and organize press, influencer, vendor contacts, and maintain communication with partners
Assisting the team in ad hoc administrative tasks
Contributing to various account projects simultaneously
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree candidate or recent college graduate that has an interest in public relations, communications, brands, new business and/or strategy
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office and Google Drive essential
- Ability to take initiative and must have the confidence to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable with excellent organizational skills and very strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must keep up with cultural news and happenings, staying up-to-date with the latest trends
- Ability to distill information and findings into professional-looking slides
