We're seeking a clinician who:

  • Is passionate about early childhood: You find joy in helping children discover their voice and reach developmental milestones.
  • Is clinically strong: Holds an active SLP license (or eligibility) in California Pediatric or early intervention experience preferred.
  • Is collaborative: You thrive in a supportive environment and communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and peers.
  • Is dependable and organized: You manage your caseload efficiently while maintaining compassionate, individualized care.
  • Is growth-oriented: You're eager to learn, share ideas, and be part of a mission-driven team that values your contribution.

Your Role

  • Conduct evaluations and create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Provide engaging, play-based therapy sessions for children ages 0–5
  • Collaborate closely with families to support carryover at home
  • Maintain accurate documentation and monitor progress

  • Participate in team meetings, mentorship, and case collaboration

  • What Success Looks Like in 6–12 Months
