A Day in the LifeThis position serves as a key member of the Global Operations and Supply Chain (GOSC) FP&A team, supporting the lead for Material Purchases. The role partners with functional business partners, Manufacturing FP&A, and our Global Centers of Excellence to ensure that GOSC FP&A processes, timelines, reporting, and analysis deliver on our business objectives.The Principal Financial Analyst will support FP&A processes centered around material purchases and PPV reporting and forecasting for the East and Central manufacturing regions. They will also provide day-to-day guidance to a Financial Analyst.
This role is critical to delivering on financial commitments and continuously driving improvements, standardization, and efficiencies across our FP&A processes. The successful candidate will collaborate across GOSC to report, analyze, forecast, and clearly communicate financial performance.
There is no relocation assistance available for this position.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Strategic Financial Leadership
Develop a deep understanding of material purchasing — how volume, inflation, and savings actions translate to financial results — and use that insight to influence business decisions.
Partner with Supply Management, Contract Manufacturing Organizations, and Finance teams to develop reporting and processes that manage both P&L and balance sheet impacts of material purchasing.
Operate independently as a seasoned individual contributor, using sound judgment to identify and implement solutions.
Functional Excellence and Business Partnering
Prepare and present spending analyses, KPIs, manufacturing variance commentary, and forecasts to various levels of management.
Partner proactively with stakeholders to analyze trends and investigate anomalies in results.
Collaborate cross-functionally in developing the AOP and quarterly forecasts, ensuring cost-down targets and strategic initiatives are clearly understood and consistently applied.
Work with OUs and portfolios to increase visibility into material cost drivers and identify opportunities for savings.
Required Knowledge and Experience: Requires mastery of a specialty area and full knowledge of industry practices, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
May have broad knowledge of project management.
Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Nice to Haves
Strong financial analysis and accounting skills.
Demonstrated success working in a matrixed organization; strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience supporting manufacturing operations and familiarity with cost accounting principles.
Experience with OneStream, SAP/3C, Business Objects, and other reporting systems.
Global experience in large, complex organizations.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities to develop actionable insights.
English fluency required; Spanish proficiency a plus.
