Job Duties: Provide accounting services and advice internally to Integrichain. Supports the monthly closing of the general ledger by ensuring the posting of prepaid amortization, bad debt, fixed asset amortization and several accrual entries. Complete, review and analyze all necessary balance sheet account reconciliations. Book semi-monthly reimbursable employee expenses according to proper departmental coding and GL account, and reconciliation of expenses housed in Open Air. Record monthly AMEX statement to appropriate G/L account and work actively with cross-functional teams to obtain approval and receipts from card holders. Ensure proper department coding, recording and review of the monthly Guardian invoice. Create and amortize fixed assets utilizing NetSuite while maintaining the fixed asset roll forward schedules. Prepare, analyze, and research month to month P&L variances. Work with the accounting team to drive process and project completion. Generate ad-hoc reports, perform general ledger account analysis and accounting research as requested. Assist with year-end audits, including providing supporting documentation and schedules for our auditors. Participate in M&A activities when appropriate. Telecommuting is allowed.

Job Requirements: Position requires a Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field and 2 years of progressive in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field. This position also requires the following skills: 2 years of experience in the following: Supporting internal and external audits; NetSuite for financial management; Accounting reconciliation; Inter-departmental communication; OpenAir; Fixed asset module in NetSuite; Financial statement analysis, including month-over-month; Amortization schedules, including pre-paid amortization; Employee expense account reconciliation; Meeting inflexible deadlines; and Documenting processes.

Alternatively, position requires a CPA License and 2 years of progressive in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field. This position also requires the following skills: 2 years of experience in the following: Supporting internal and external audits; NetSuite for financial management; Accounting reconciliation; Inter-departmental communication; OpenAir; Fixed asset module in NetSuite; Financial statement analysis, including month-over-month; Amortization schedules, including pre-paid amortization; Employee expense account reconciliation; Meeting inflexible deadlines; and Documenting processes.
