Duties

-MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 50+ Lbs

  • Posess a customer first mindset, and a "yes we can" attitude
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service by asking questions to understand customers needs, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Maintain a clean and organized working environment
  • Stock shelves and merchandise products according to company guidelines
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
  • Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred (not required)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Bilingual skills in Spanish and English is a plus

- Familiarity with cross and upselling is an advantage
