Associate Dentist Opportunity – Cave Creek, AZ | High Earning Potential

Our privately owned dental practice in Cave Creek is looking to add a motivated Associate Dentist to our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys comprehensive dentistry, values patient relationships, and wants to work in a collaborative, well-supported environment. High production potential with earnings up to $350,000 for the right candidate.

Position Overview

As an Associate Dentist, you will provide a wide range of dental services while maintaining a strong focus on patient comfort, clinical excellence, and ethical care. You'll work closely with experienced hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient workflows and a positive patient experience.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose oral health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver general dental procedures such as restorative care, extractions, endodontic treatment, prosthodontics, and preventive services
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment options, and long-term dental health
  • Utilize modern dental software for charting, scheduling, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records in accordance with HIPAA standards
  • Follow established infection control and sterilization protocols
  • Collaborate with the clinical team using four-handed dentistry to maximize efficiency
  • Stay current with evolving dental techniques, materials, and technology

Qualifications & Skills

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
  • Active Arizona dental license (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong understanding of dental anatomy and clinical best practices
  • Comfort providing care to a diverse patient base; pediatric experience is a plus
  • Experience with digital imaging and dental practice management systems preferred
  • Ability to perform or willingness to grow into more advanced procedures, including oral surgery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and patient-focused
