As a Sr Client Solution Specialist within PNC's Estate Settlement organization, you will be based in Cleveland, OH.

In this role, you will support the Estate Settlement Advisor/s in all aspects of estate and trust administration and the delivery of an exceptional client experience including inventory and collection of estate assets, estate distribution, and use of client management, workflow, trust accounting and tax systems. Frequent communication with clients, internal team members, attorneys, and external partners. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and Bank policy and procedures.

Candidates with experience in client and fiduciary services, accounting and client management systems, and Banking is preferred.

Individuals who have a background as a legal assistant/paralegal with experience in an estate planning or probate practice are also desirable.

Strong computer/technical skills required, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, data base and management systems, and internet research is helpful.PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.Job Description
  • Provides sales, service and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships. May serve as a customer solutions resource.
  • Gathers required documentation. Prepares, reviews and verifies documents and relevant information for accuracy. Performs common processing and ensures compliance with standard regulations and processes. May administer complex implementation plans and related client interactions.
  • Acts as a point of contact for clients, client teams or service partners and may act as an escalation point for complex client implementation and servicing issues.
  • Initiates, updates and verifies client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems/applications. Provides reports as needed.
  • Serves as a peer resource and may perform general administrative support.
