Position Overview:

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Technical Specialist to execute the build, integration, and optimization of our clients' funnel systems and campaigns.

This is a tech-forward, executional role requiring proficiency across funnel builders (e.g., ClickFunnels, GHL), automation tools (e.g., Zapier), ad tracking setup (e.g. Google Tag Manager), and various marketing integrations.

If you have an eye for great design, you're highly detail-oriented, technically fluent in the major tools of the trade, and motivated by seeing campaigns launch with precision, this is for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

High-Quality Funnel & Pages Build-Out

  • Build out marketing pages (landing, opt-in, sales, thank-you, application) using tools like GoHighLevel, WordPress, or similar.
  • Design pages to match brand aesthetics & quality using built-in editors or CSS.
  • QA testing for mobile responsiveness, form functionality, and user flows.

Marketing Automation & Integrations

  • Set up automations for email, tagging, and other CRM operations using platforms like GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, etc.
  • Connect form and funnel actions to CRM or appointment systems (Calendly, GHL, etc.)
  • Configure backend integrations using Zapier or native tools (webhooks, APIs, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot data syncing issues across platforms.

Tech Support

  • Setup or fix workflows, integrations/automations or other minor tech support as-needed.
  • Monitor campaigns during launch windows for bugs or failures.
  • Troubleshoot unexpected issues (e.g., broken automations, slow load speeds, tracking failures).
  • Act as point-of-contact for tech fixes & troubleshooting during working hours.

Conversion & Analytics Setup

  • Install and validate ad pixels, tags, UTM parameters, and conversion events.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of funnel steps and events for ad attribution.
  • Audit systems for conversion leaks or technical drop-off points.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work alongside our Strategists and Marketing Coordinators to bring campaigns to life.
  • Communicate timelines, needs, and progress using ClickUp, Slack, and Google Drive.
  • Proactively flag missing assets, system gaps, or areas for efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in funnel building, tech setup, or digital marketing implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of ClickFunnels, HighLevel, WordPress, Zapier, and email marketing platforms.
  • Experience integrating platforms and troubleshooting tracking/CRM issues.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, GTM, and Meta/Google ad platform pixels.
  • Comfort working across multiple accounts, switching contexts, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to double-check work before handing off.
  • Excellent written communication and task management habits.
  • Ability to work 9am–5pm ET reliably (remote OK).

How To Set Yourself Apart:

  • Experience in the coaching/course creator industry.
  • Familiarity with webinar funnel structures (live/automated).
  • Copywriting experience.
  • Solid understanding of online sales funnels and how the processes of turning a "browser into a buyer" works.
  • Understanding of marketing math metrics (CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS).

  • Pages are well-designed, up to the client and Be Known standards.
  • Automations and integrations work seamlessly and scale across campaigns.
  • The team has confidence in your timelines, deliverables, and reliability.
  • Clients experience fewer issues and higher conversions due to clean tech builds.
  • Internal systems (naming conventions, folder structure, ClickUp tasks) are followed.
  • You are available throughout 9a - 5p Eastern on weekdays.
  • You are consistently over communicating to the team members and/or clients.

Arrangement:

Compensation: Flexible based on experience & turnaround times.

Reports to: Operations Manager.

Time Commitment: Part Time starting out around 15-25 hrs. per week with potential to grow to full-time.

Workload: Supporting 5-7 different clients and building 4-6 different funnel projects each month.

Location: We are based in Knoxville, TN but this position can be done 100% Remote - work anywhere, as long as you are available during normal Eastern Time Zone working hours.
