As a Prep Cook you will be a part of our morning kitchen crew You will be responsible for making all the from scratch products for our guests. You will also make kitchen tickets and ensure that our food gets to our guests promptly. We are a family-owned and operated pizza company and will treat you as the same. If you are a friendly person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves pizza, this job is for you

Prep Cook:

  • Set up kitchen and start making pizza dough
  • Prep our other items such as sauces, dressings, cooked proteins and produce
  • Plate from scratch food items
  • Keep areas cleaned, restocked and organized
  • Be a leader in guest interaction and service while making orders
  • Train and aid your team during rushes
  • Lead a line and coordinate tickets to ensure standards are met
  • Maintain a positive and fun restaurant environment
