Role: Business Transformation Lead (Commercial Lending)

Job Location: Buffalo, NY

Duration: 6-12+ Months

Visa Type:- No OPT/CPT/H1B

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead large-scale transformation initiatives focused on Syndications and Participations within Commercial Lending operations.
  • Guide teams in documenting comprehensive business requirements and mapping future-state process flows to support system implementation.
  • Translate business needs into clear documentation to support the creation of test scripts and use cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and milestones.
  • Facilitate working sessions with subject matter experts and stakeholders across business, servicing, and operations teams.
  • Analyze and improve servicing processes, with a focus on modernization and system migration.
  • Act as a strategic liaison between business teams and technology groups to support successful delivery.
  • Prepare and present executive-level content to communicate project status, risks, and key findings.

What You'll Need to Have:

  • Experience leading teams on large-scale projects such as system migrations or business transformations
  • Experience leading documentation of business requirements, process flows, and test cases
  • Banking, Servicing and/or Operations experience (e.g. experience with the business domain).
  • Experience with Syndications & Participations processes and servicing systems (i.e., ACBS, AFSVision).
  • Willing to travel to Buffalo periodically if not local (at least quarterly).
