Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Staff Accountant to join our team at Accutrol LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for vouchering, invoicing, banking activities, month-end closing entries, implanting internal audit, and other duties as need.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

  • Invoice customers' orders and apply customers' payment to their account
  • Perform banking functions: positive pay uploads, exceptions, ACH and Wire payments and remote deposit
  • Prepare weekly expense report payment
  • Daily metric reporting for sales
  • Prepare and post journal entries for month-end close
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet accounts reconciliations
  • Monthly financial metrics update and review
  • Sales price volume and mix analysis
  • Support interim and annual financial statement audits
  • Provide weekly AR aging report to Controller and provide SOA to customers
  • Perform any other duties or responsibilities as requested by Manager

Knowledge And Skills Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Accounting is required
  • 3-5 years of general ledger experience preferred
  • Understanding of internal controls and accrual accounting
  • Customer service skills, written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, ability to work with a team, critical thinking, organizational skills, computer skills appropriate to the position, sense of urgency
  • Microsoft Office products experience (Excel, Outlook, Word primarily), with an emphasis on Excel proficiency
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver assignments on time
  • Experience with Macola ERP system is preferred
