Main Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous, personalized service to customers, including handling complaints and promoting a positive shopping experience.
• Prepare and sell custom-sliced deli items, hot and cold foods, salads, and party trays.
• Maintain cleanliness, visual appeal, and inventory levels of the deli case and work area.
• Operate deli equipment such as slicers, ovens, fryers, and food processors safely and efficiently.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Receive and organize product deliveries, verify invoices, and rotate stock to ensure freshness.
• Engage in suggestive selling and promote deli products through customer interaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety regulations.
• Perform all duties with honesty, accuracy, and integrity.

• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay transparency language:

The pay range is $16.49 to $18.00 per hour, but no less than the local minimum wage. Starting rates will vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
