Responsibilities

  • Assist with property listings, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns to maintain clientele engagement while also helping attract new clients and business
  • Be in charge of a yearly marketing campaign, which involves weekly and monthly tasks and objectives
  • Responsible for developing new forms of marketing/trends/ways to stay relevant in today's modern digital age
  • Manage administrative tasks such as data entry and maintaining organized files and spreadsheets
  • Develop, support, and attend events such as open houses, client appreciation parties, and other marketing opportunities
  • Communicate effectively with team and vendors through various channels including email, phone, and text messages to provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of property management practices and legal requirements related to real estate transactions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a business and/or marketing environment or related fields demonstrating strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills to support sales and leasing activities effectively
  • Knowledge of Apple technology and the Google Suite, including Gmail, Docs, and Forms
  • Familiarity with Canva, MailChimp, Facebook, Instagram, and other common social media platforms
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Administrative experience including scheduling, document preparation, and record keeping
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Be local to Philadelphia and/or surrounding counties and have knowledge of local cities, geography, and locations

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
