BUTCHER / BUTCHER APPRENTICE / MEAT COUNTER CLERK
Volo Quality Meats is looking for a customer-facing team member to join our butcher counter — someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in presentation, and cares about food quality.
This role blends hands-on meat work with guest relations, organization, and daily shop operations.
What You'll Do
- Work the butcher & deli counter with confidence and hospitality
- Maintain a clean, full, and well-organized meat case
- Stock and rotate product in cases, walk-in coolers, and freezers
- Assist with inventory and receiving
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and food-safe
- Help guests choose cuts, answer questions, and create a great experience

- Willing to learn — experience welcome but not required
