Position Summary

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and care of our residential and commercial properties. This role involves hands-on tasks, troubleshooting, and maintaining a safe, clean, and functional environment for clients and residents.

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Starting Pay: $20/hour

Key ResponsibilitiesProfessional Conduct

  • Interact professionally with residents, team members, and vendors
  • Represent IFSH with courtesy and integrity
  • Arrive on time, complete assigned tasks, and provide updates as needed
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance
  • Use tools and equipment responsibly and safely
  • Follow all company policies and safety procedures

Administrative Tasks

  • Adhere to the Employee Policy Manual and site-specific guidelines
  • Keep work areas organized and free of hazards
  • Complete maintenance logs, inspection forms, and related documentation accurately

Technical Duties

  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
  • Assist with carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and functionality
  • Support building improvements and preventive maintenance projects

Qualifications

  • Dependable, hardworking, and a strong team player
  • Able to follow instructions and work independently when needed
  • Good time-management and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to learn new skills—no prior maintenance experience required
  • Training provided for motivated individuals with a positive attitude
