As a mental health professional, you chose this path to make a difference, not to spend your time juggling billing, insurance contracts, credentialing, and administrative work. That's where we come in. At Mindfully, we handle the business side of things so you can focus on what matters most—your clients.

Scheduling:

We're looking for clinicians who are available on Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Wednesday (morning), and Saturday afternoons. This schedule helps us meet client needs while giving you flexibility and work-life balance.

Qualifications:
  • Current, valid license to practice as a clinician in the state of Ohio.
  • Ability to work in-office at our Oxford, OH location.
  • Comfortable with a part-time 1099 contractor role.
Compensation:
  • Hourly Pay: $35–$47/hour (based on license type and caseload).
  • Additional Stipends:
    • Tenure stipend for full caseload maintenance.
    • Monthly supervisor stipend (for eligible clinicians).
