Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and customer satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and reliability are highly valued. Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or hospitality is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. The position emphasizes professionalism, efficiency, and excellent customer service skills to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas
  • Care for floors through appropriate methods
  • Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly after use
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests professionally and courteously
  • Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure consistency and quality across all assignments
  • Assist with special cleaning projects such as deep cleans or move-in/move-out services
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency

Qualifications

  • Experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
  • Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety standards
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks which may include lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment
  • Reliable transportation is a MUSTfor traveling between job sites
