We offer our Retail Sales Associate position a starting base pay of $12.00 to $14 hour Retail Sales Associates with strong work ethic can be eligible for commission.

We are looking for a result-driven retail Retail Sales Associate to be responsible selling and educating customers on all our products.

Retail Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.

To be successful as a Retail Sales Associate, you should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our store's visual appearance in high standards. Ultimately, the duties of a Retail Sales Associate are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting them with their shopping needs. Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting every guest every time. You will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring a positive shopping experience at Top shelf Vape & Smoke Shop.

What You'll Do:

• Be the face of Top Shelf Vape and Smoke Shop, greeting customers with a smile and creating a welcoming, laid-back atmosphere.
• Help customers discover the perfect vape/smoke products to suit their needs, offering your expertise and guidance.
• Keep our store looking sharp by maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Process sales transactions, receive and stock inventory, and assist with visual merchandising to keep things fresh and interesting.
• Open and close the store, ensuring everything is secure and ready for the day (or night).

What we are looking for in a Retail Sales Associate:

• Those who have knowledge and experience with our industry products such as CBD, Hookah, Vapes, , etc.
• One who has discipline, interest or passion for this industry, and is a motivated self-starter.
• Willing to train those who are looking to grow with the company and develop a career with you.

What You'll Need:

• Open availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 30 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills – you're a natural at making people feel comfortable.
• Basic math skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of vaping products is a plus
