Position Summary

As a Sales Consultant / Product Specialist, you'll help customers find their perfect vehicle, whether it's a new Silverado, a certified pre-owned SUV, or one of our custom-built showpieces. You'll use strong communication skills and product knowledge to deliver a transparent, professional, and fun car-buying experience.

What You'll Do

  • Greet customers in-store, on the lot, and online with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Listen carefully to customers' needs to recommend the right vehicle and options.
  • Conduct test drives and product demonstrations to highlight key Chevrolet features.
  • Present pricing, trade-in values, warranties, and protection packages clearly and honestly.
  • Follow up with all leads through our CRM (DriveCentric) and maintain ongoing communication.
  • Collaborate with managers, the BDC, and the Finance team to ensure an excellent experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the newest Chevy models, EV technology, and dealership promotions.

  • Strong people skills and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented.
  • Automotive experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Compensation

$55,000–$180,000+ per year (base + commission + bonuses)
