Are you a strategic financial leader who thrives under pressure and delivers results in fast paced, complex environments? Amphenol Thermometrics is seeking a results-driven Global Controller to lead our financial and accounting operations across an international, decentralized environment. This is a high-impact leadership role that will partner closely with the General Manager and cross-functional teams to drive business performance, ensure compliance, and lead financial strategy.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Lead and optimize core financial functions
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard the integrity of financial data.
- Manage timely and accurate corporate reporting and compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
- Deliver insightful business analytics and financial consultation to drive strategic decision-making.
- Manage and motivate a decentralized global finance team, ensuring alignment and performance.
- Lead the financial planning process: budget development, capital planning, forecasting, and strategic alignment.
- Assess and integrate acquisitions to support business growth.
- Translate operational results into actionable recommendations to support improved business outcomes.
- Drive initiatives to improve productivity, optimize cash flow, and achieve best-in-class revenue growth, operating income, and return on sales.

Preferred to be in driving distance to St Marys, Pennsylvania
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred).
- 5–7 years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in a global and decentralized business setting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead under pressure with a high level of accuracy and adaptability.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and a high degree of diplomacy and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to perform under pressure while managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines with accuracy and composure.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
