NIGHTCLUB EXPERIENCE NEEDED

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Partner/President to lead and oversee the overall operations of our organization. This executive role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in management, business development, and strategic planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the company's direction, ensuring sustainable growth, and fostering a high-performance culture. This position offers an opportunity to shape the future of the organization while working closely with stakeholders to achieve long-term success.

Duties

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and operational excellence
  • Lead and manage executive teams, providing guidance and support to ensure organizational objectives are met
  • Oversee financial performance, including profit & loss management, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Cultivate new business opportunities through networking, sales initiatives, and market analysis
  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies and standards
  • Drive process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Lead business development efforts by identifying new markets and expanding existing client base
  • Oversee project management activities to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
  • Promote a positive organizational culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement

Experience

  • Proven management experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Partner or President of a company or division
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning and executing growth initiatives
  • Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams at various levels of an organization
  • Extensive background in business development, sales, and client relationship management
  • Experience managing profit & loss statements and financial performance metrics
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and process improvement strategies
  • Prior experience in supervising complex operations with a focus on efficiency and quality control
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire teams and engage stakeholders effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $120, $300,000.00 per year
