As we continue to grow, we're seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Accounting Associate to join our team and help support our finance and operations departments.

Position Summary

The Accounting Associate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing inventory, and supporting daily accounting operations. This position requires proficiency with accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and inventory management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and process invoices using Zoho Books
  • Perform accurate data entry for financial and inventory records
  • Generate shipping quotes for outgoing items
  • Assist with financial reporting, expense tracking, and account reconciliations
  • Support coordination between the accounting, operations, and customers service teams
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for accounting documents
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial and inventory procedures

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of accounting experience (auction house, e-commerce, accounts receivable, or bookkeeping is a plus)
  • Proficiency with an accounting software (experience with Zoho Books is preferred, but experience with QuickBooks, Salesforce, and NetSuite is also valued)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with inventory management systems and processes
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and vendors
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
